Anita Atkinson Thanks. I doubt anyone would react very quickly. Living opposite the pool we see it quite often but this guy was digging massive great holes.

Lauren Bambury Ideally RSPB and the Harbour Authority who can then inform Wildlife protection agencies/officers, or if you cannot get hold of the either of us contact the police who will inform the National Wildlife Crime Unit.
