Ken Townend It's the Fishermen's Pontoon. Not sure when it will be assembled. The new harbour company gave some financial assistance for them.

Graham Coad Yes these are the pontoons to create additional moorings at East Quay, around 20 moorings I think.
These are meant for the commercial fishing fleet as far as I am aware.
