Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015
I refer to the notification of proposed development at Roseveth Farm Angarrack Lane Connor Downs Hayle Cornwall TR27 5JF which was received on 26 July 2018.
I can advise you that this proposal will not require prior approval of the Local Planning Authority.
The proposal constitutes permitted development as defined under Class Q, Part 3 of Schedule 2 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 and may therefore be carried out providing that it is wholly in accordance with the submitted details and the following condition(s).
1. The development hereby permitted must be completed within a period of three years from the date of this decision in accordance with Schedule 2, Part 3, paragraph Q.2(3) of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015.
Reason: In accordance with the requirements of Section Q.2(3) of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015.
2. The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the plans listed below under the heading "Plans Referred to in Consideration of this Application".
Reason: For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of proper planning
