Police are appealing for help finding a woman who has gone missing in Cornwall. Officers are concerned for the welfare of Stacey Herring, 29. They said she was last seen at about 4.15pm yesterday (May 2) in Saltash. Stacey is 5ft 2in and has brown hair with blonde highlights. A resident had to be treated by paramedics after a fire at a house in Carbis Bay. Fire crews from St Ives and Hayle were called to the home at Boskerris Road at 5.45pm yesterday (May 2). A pet cat has been reunited with is family more than 150 miles away after taking a six-month 'holiday' to Cornwall. Rio the cat's owners said he had been missing from home in Bristol for six months after they were contacted by a local animal charity.
