18 June 2015, Agenda of Full Council
18 June 2015, Planning Application List
I have just spoken to the planning case officer and I have decided that this application will be pulled from Thursday's agenda.
We were originally given the deadline by Cornwall Council of responding by 3rd June 2015 but this was extended to 19 June 2015 following a request from us. It now seems that Cornwall Council's Strategic Committee will not be considering the application till September so we have more time to consider it and, hopefully, the Walkers application, which is anticipated shortly. This should allow enough time for more of the consultee responses to be submitted and for Councillors to be fully informed prior to taking a vote. It will also allow the Council to make proper arrangements, if required.
