To whom it may concern,
I am writing to give further information in regards to the discharge of conditions (due to lack of room on the application form). I therefore detail further below:
Condition 3 – exterior finishes (Images showing similar to that proposed shown below):
⦁    The roof will be covered in natural slate.
⦁    The windows will be aluminium and grey in colour.
⦁    The cladding will be Duraclad flush fitting and again, grey in colour to match the other exterior elements. Please refer to the following website link for further information http://www.duracomposites.com/cladding/

Condition 4 – Tree protection plan - We have completed a non-material amendment to remove some trees on the site within the boundary, and I detail the reasons below:
⦁    The two large trees are very over bearing for both the plot and the immediate neighbouring property.
⦁    There is genuine concern that these trees could cause significant damage to the neighbouring property in the event of them falling during bad weather. The immediate neighbour has requested we remove the trees and we would be happy to ask the neighbour for this in writing if required.
⦁    All other trees shown on the drawing 1991.C.300 are outside of the boundary area of the building plot and simply over hang the boundary. Therefore, there is no need to protect roots of these trees as they are not housed within the land in question and nowhere near the excavation area.
⦁    Additional smaller planting is going to be added inside of the boundary area to offer some additional privacy to all of the neighbouring properties.

Should you require anything further to be clarified, please contact me by telephone or email.
Regards
Rob Johns
